The 4 R’s


OK all you Marvelous Marathon Runners and anyone else who has recently pushed their body to its limits, now we have completed our challenge if you are anything like me you’ll be thinking about what is next?

But we must:

 RE-JOYCE!!!!!

REST

RELAX

&

RECUPERATE

I am terrible at practicing what I preach and feel I should be back out there running if only a short run, but I also know that the torn muscles that I have will get stronger and repair with the rest.

I hope everyone is feeling less achey than they did and planning their next BIG thing

  1. Very well done and yes, take it easy for a bit, a few light jogs perhaps to keep those legs moving but nothing to strenuous. Enjoy your moment.
