MOOD: Great mood – Adidas asked me if I wanted tickets to the Olympic Women’s Hockey Finals!! Yes please !! so I am Olympic Park Bound (childcare permitting next week)
WEATHER: Slight easterly wind with some showery outbursts throughout the day WHAT ?? it rained but was nice when I ran basically.
RUN another Monday evening run after a busy sweet selling day with a regular running mate Niamh, we ran 6 miles cross country with a quick lap of a field of sheep when we could not work out how to get out of the field !!! 
Not particularly tired as in achey limbs, but tired as in need of my bed soon but like most of my runs at the mo, powered by great things happening, bloomin good.
