This week I have been pretty rubbish at my training. I have only run the club session on Tuesday followed by speed work, a short run of 4 miles after my walk to run session, nothing yesterday because I went to a Sports makers event.
I have taken someone on a walk to run session today but have not managed to get out on a run and looking at the dark descending and the cold with achy legs and back remaining from the weekends racing, I doubt I will. I am running 10-12 miles tomorrow with Niamh. I have 2 weeks from Sunday untill my last 10k of the year and the chance to get that 42 min PB. If I get back in gear as from tomorrow and focus. Do you think I can get back on track? I have also been offered the chance to be paced around London in Sub 3;15 so I better get aiming high.
