Train smart – not so many miles much more speed
Run faster– simple!!
Trust – in my own ability
Stretch after every run – why this is so hard I really don’t know!!
Eat for fuel not for comfort– tough when tired!! But doing well so far
Get more sleep– I keep trying, but early mornings are a must if I’m to be at work on time and the best time to watch TV is late in the evening when the kids are finally asleep!
Write my diary ALL YEAR– I often miss a day or 2 which is no use when you want to check on a run
Do not be afraid!! – of racing, I’ll rarely ever win it’s just a short time in my running world working really hard
GIve it all my all– see above
