Yes it can be like that, I find it hard in January after the festive filled month that is December. Spending too much money, eating too much food and missing too much running. January arrives and it’s back to it, resolutions and promises to yourself, back on the budget, new targets and goals to achieve. With a pinch of miserable weather it can easy to just say…..
Or something similar.
But it’s just as easy to say, sod the rain, the weather, my mood, my life,
I’m going to make the time, put my trainers on. Think about what I want to do, what I’m going to do and just….
and on that note I’m about to head out of the door after missing a few scheduled runs, I’m going to ignore the big dark clouds and run as fast as I can for just 5 miles. Then I can come home and eat some chocs left over from Christmas :). Yes I think it’s hard in January but we can do this.
