I’ve been running for a while now and I’ve not got any quicker, why not?
When you go running, do you run at the same speed each time? the answer to this question is mostly a yes.
The answer is simple, to run faster you have to run faster. Build speed it in to your run . You can do it in blocks, 2 miles easy 1 mile fast 2 miles easy, or run fartleks (speed play) for example, fast to the next tree and slow down or fast for 1 minute , mix it up and play with it, increase the speed.
