1-1 Coaching Sessions
My coaching sessions are £40 per hour and we work on a variety of elements to help you to run for longer, faster and be stronger.
The first session is usually an assessment session so that I can see, how you run, and we can get together some ideas to help me develop your ongoing run plan. I will then work with you at each session to work towards your goals.
Sessions will include, different paced runs, speed sessions, these will be intervals of different distance and time, hill repeats etc.. Sessions could also include, technique, key mobility and strength sessions.
I offer a block of 10 sessions for £350 The block can also be used for Sports Therapy and Massage. You can also pay for sessions individually. I will write your plan and discuss with you each week how you feel you are developing and work with you towards each goal.
I am a qualified England Athletics Coach in Athletics and Running Fitness with several years of experience in Endurance running. Most recently completing 10 Marathons in 10 days.
