LETS GET FIT – LETS RUN

Run yourself fit – Outdoor run session –  For anyone wanting to get fit. Using run sessions that are regularly used by runners I can get you feeling fit and strong. Varying sessions, ranging from timed speed work to hill running and core conditioning exercises.  Great fun and away from the gym.  These sessions are for fitness

Running Assessment – Session and plan A running assessment and analysis of running style.   Discussion about your goals and how best to achieve them and advice on sessions and plans that you can follow. All advice and example sessions  will be emailed to you after the sessions.

1:1 Weekly Coaching

Supported sessions and regular guidance, race support and all you need to keep your running on track includes once a month sports  massage  – please email me to discuss this option further Cotswoldclaire@icloud.com

Local Run Tours – It is becoming more popular amongst runners to run and explore when on holiday.  I can take you on a running tour in and around the beautiful Cotswold’s.  Taking in the trails and lovely villages and towns.  Maximum Group 6 and the tour will run at the pace of the slowest runner.  Please email for further information Cotswoldclaire@icloud.com

I understand that we can not all give unlimited time to running.  With families and work commitments time is in short supply.  I can work in the best way that suits you.

 

I am a qualified England Athletics Coach in Athletics and Running Fitness with several years of experience in Endurance running.  Most recently completing 10 Marathons in 10 days.

  1. I first met Claire when i contacted her to join a small group ‘couch to 5k’ with the end goal being the Santa fun run at Cheltenham last December. It turned out to be very small and only me in the group! Claire so kindly ran with me twice a week and got me to the 5k! I have never ever been a runner and following a 2 1/2 stone weight loss it seemed like a good time to start. I can clearly remember having to stop at least 3 times on my first couple of runs and at an average of 14 m miles. And so that was it i got the running bug thanks to Claire. Claire is now my coach and i have in the space of 6 months done the Bourton 10k and the Blenheim 7k now averaging at just over 10 m miles. My aim is to complete a 1/2 marathon this year. There is talk of a proper Marathon – watch this space!!! I could not recommend Claire highly enough. Thank you Claire!
